Shanghai International Lighting Fair returns with a revamption focusing on city lighting, bringing industry peers to the healthy city lighting advancement.

Fair profile


China’s city lighting is turning over to a new leaf, therefore this year’s SILF will focus on being the one-stop platform for the entire city lighting production line to explore all-rounded advancements with an oriental touch; from planning, design, construction and maintenance as well as solutions.  
SILF will invite city lighting planners and authorizes from China and all over the world to participate, including unique domestic and international city lighting design institutes, technologies developers, tertiary educational institutes, product suppliers. The fair will stress on city night view promotions, renowned design institutes recommendations, latest technological products (new technologies and materials).
During the show period, we will pinpoint different sectors and arrange project networking sessions offering the chance for city management authority representatives, engineers and designers and innovative business representatives to meet face-to-face, so that they could brainstorm,  communicate, re-think the ways to have a sustainable development of city lighting, to explore their grounds on the term “future cities“ and to prepare for the sustainable city development together with the avant garde design concepts.

Moving forward to the fifth edition, the fair this year welcomes a significant reform in terms of focusing our show theme on “City Lighting“ to showcase the latest advancements of international city lighting.

The 4th edition of the Shanghai International Lighting Fair was held from 5 – 7 September 2017. The show concentrated on project-based and green lighting opportunities across Central and Eastern China.


The fair hosted 238 exhibitors showcasing a wide range of lighting technologies and components for industrial, residential, urban and commercial applications.


Included Dilux, Guangzhong Electron, Juhao, Mean Well, Meteor Shower, Northern Lights, Red100, Tong Yi Fang, TOPAZ, YD Illumination and others.


The fair attracted over 12,147 visitors, representing a diverse pool of trade- and project-based experts, from 32 countries and regions in three days.
